Our Team

We are organizers, strategists, and movement builders. We come from the front lines of youth, student, and Southern organizing, spending decades building power where others ignore it. We created Piece by Piece to serve as the connective tissue the movement needs to survive, scale, and win.

Today, that operation extends far beyond our core staff. We deploy a network of over 15 specialized experts, trainers, and advisory partners with field-tested track records. We plug elite operators into the exact roles where the movement needs them most – from tactical research to program architecture – growing capacity across the entire ecosystem.
